I'm in Jogja now. Cruising with internet again. Spending 2 weeks in Indramayu, West Java. Facilitating female

teenagers there to make a video diary about the life they have in their village. The life with its problem. The goal is to make the better life and strenghter their role in their community.

There were 7 of us in the team. We were staying in Amis Village. It is a small village with many padi fields. Most of them are farmers. The most problem for female teenagers are : the social demand for them to marriage at young age, and uncomfortable environment because so many drunk men will doing bad thing for them. Their parents are really overprotective to them, because of that bad environment image. They lost their parent's trust. And feel uncomfortable to going around in the evening, even in their own village. What an unconvenient situation. And so gendering.....

Staying there makes me thankful for my life. I promise not too complain on what i have now. Friends, parents, lover, freedom, money, food, speak up, going somewhere, trust, affections. What a perfect reason to love what i had, have, and will have.

Loving my step as i do, though. I try to understand what a step is.
